Returns can be accepted for a refund (please see details for any deductions due to payment method) or exchange within 14 days of delivery. If your refund request is submitted outside of this 14 day time frame then your request will be rejected. Please read ALL of our returns policy below for more information.
Returns Policy
At Designer Direct, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things do not work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your pre-owned designer item, we offer a hassle-free returns process under the following conditions:
When We Can Accept a Return:
- Returns will be accepted if the item has undisclosed damage that was not mentioned in the product description or shown in the pictures at the time of purchase. We carefully inspect each item before listing, but in rare cases, an issue may be overlooked
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when they were received. This includes original tags, packaging, and no signs of wear, alterations, or damage. As the swing tag attached to your item says, once the tag is removed the item is yours.
- Klarna, Clearpay, & PayPal 'Pay in 3' Orders: Please note that any orders paid through Klarna, Clearpay, or PayPal Pay in 3 will be subject to a 5.99% deduction from the refund amount. This is due to these payment platforms charging a non-refundable processing fee of 5.99% once the item has been purchased.

Authenticity and Inspection: All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet the same standards for authenticity and condition as when they were sold. If an item is found to be altered, changed or damaged, the return will not be accepted. If this is the case you will be eligible to pay the cost of postage to return the item back to you along with our processing fee of £20
- Refunds & Exchanges: Once your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can offer an exchange for another item of equal value minus any possible deductions due to payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty.
