Please be aware that we require a MINIMUM of 3 images to be uploaded. File's must be in image format (jpg, jpeg or png) and can not exceed 50MB in size per image. If insufficient images are uploaded, we may contact you to request more which will delay the turnaround time. Please refer to our FAQ's page on what photo's we require for authentication.

If for any reason the authentication of your products can not be completed you will be provided with a full refund.

The result of your authentication will be sent to the email address that you provided at checkout. Please check spam folder if not received.
